Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth transaction for our customers. We provide clear guidelines regarding the installation of products: installation services are not included unless they have been paid for separately or arranged through prior discussion with our team. All the prices quoted are for metro regions only, if the product is paid for through our website, additional charges may apply if the location is in a rural area. It's important for customers to be aware that delivery times are subject to change due to various factors that may be beyond our control. We strive to keep our customers informed and updated regarding any changes in delivery schedules.
Additionally, we would like to clarify that any damage that occurs during the installation process is not the liability of our company, and refunds are not provided. We encourage customers to review the terms and conditions associated with the installation process to fully understand the scope of our liability. Our goal is to provide transparency and fairness in our shipping and installation policies, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our services.
To facilitate a smooth delivery experience, please note and agree to the following additional guidelines:
- The minimum door opening required for delivery is 82 cm. By placing an order, customers confirm that this access is available.
- If the packaging box cannot be delivered due to access or door size constraints, the customer agrees to accept the delivery in their garage.
- If the box needs to be opened and the unit carried to an upper level due to access issues, an additional cost of $100 will apply.
- Delivery must be completed within 40 minutes of arrival at the delivery location, and someone must be present to delivery and installation attract further charges at Arise Comfort’s discretion. We are only responsible to deliver at a ground level with a minimum accessible width of 80 to 82 cm for the door opening. Due to any reason if chair needs to be unboxed and delivered inside then responsibilities of any such damages is assumed to be on the customers.
