Arise Comfort massage chairs are covered by a warranty with a time period discussed at time of sale and other units with mechanical and electrical problems are covered under the warranty. Please note that gifts (if any) and commercial use products are not included in the warranty.
In-warranty repairs are contingent upon a validation check by the Service Centre Staff. The customer may need to submit a valid invoice/Proof of Purchase for validation.
For repairs, contact your local store with your invoice and/ or product, or email us at info@arisecomfort.com. Ensure you provide your invoice, name, and product info in the email.
