How do I place an order?

With our easy online ordering system, simply select the product you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. You can then choose to pay by VISA, MasterCard, direct debit or PayPal.Also remember we have ZERO deposit and Interest Free finance option available from Humm Finance.If you wish to apply, then please call 1300126636 and one of our friendly team member will assist you.

How much is delivery?

We have a shipping calculator on every item. Simply type your postcode into our shipping calculator for the item you would like and it will give you the price. If a price does not appear, simply give us a call  1300 126 636 and we will discuss the shipping options available to you.

Can I have my chair installed in my home?

Relax, we are here, why have your massage chair only delivered to your door when you can have it installed for a small fee by our expert installation partners?  

Our Assembly service is a premium delivery and installation option available to our customers in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide. This is an additional cost to our regular delivery price. This service includes delivery & full assembly of your massage chair, as well as the removal of leftover packaging & rubbish from your home. If you’d like to take up this option, please add this item to your cart & be sure to include your phone number during checkout. We will call you & organise the best time to deliver & assemble your new massage chair.

When will my chair be delivered?

Standard delivery time to metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide locations is approximately 2 to 4 business days*, and 7 to 10 business days* for regional areas depending upon the distance of location.If you have any specific query, then please feel free to call us on 1300126636 and one of our team members will be glad to assist.

*We are currently helping more customers than ever with our awesome massage chairs and as a result, deliveries are a little slower than we would like and what we are used to. We call this recolonizing comfort with affordability. 

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes! We offer a ZERO Deposit and Interest Free payment plan with Humm Finance, to apply please contact 1300126636 and one of our friendly team members will swiftly assist you.

Can I order a chair in a different colour?

All of our chairs are available with the colors shown on the website, however we can always look at the options of customising the color for you, upon checking with our supplier. Payment is required in full prior to arranging any customised order. This process takes between 8 and 16 weeks.

What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

Our Standard Warranty is 5 years. All accessories come with a 12-month replacement warranty.
